About My Focus

My Focus is owned by Leonie Lam. Leonie is a qualified Trainer and Coach.
Leonie holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology. She also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and in Small Business Management.

Interview Success Program

The ‘Interview Success’ program is a 1-hour practical skill enhancement session simulating a real interview followed by a 1 hour session of constructive feedback aimed at improving your interview skills. This program will give you greater confidence in your interview skills to help you secure a job offer.

Training Workshops

We offer training in Leadership & Management as well as Soft Skills for all Professionals. Leadership & Management: Leadership, People Management, Recruitment & Selection and Training & Development. Soft Skills for all Professionals: Emotional Intelligence, Stakeholder Engagement, Communication Skills, Time & Energy Management and Teamwork.

Job Search Success Program

The ‘Job Search Success’ program is a 1-hour coaching session focusing on all aspects of the job search process. The program will cover how to analyse a job advertisement as well as how to write an effective cover letter and resume. You will also learn effective telephone interview skills and salary negotiation strategies, understand what recruitment consultants do and find out how you can obtain better results when working with them.
